About Me

Working outside in the commercial maintenance industry I learned a huge amount about the work and all the different areas of work there are. I’ve learned the work from starting at the bottom and rising to the top, I’ve taken on more challenging roles such as being a supervisor but I always love to get involved in the work.

In every job challenges can arise. Working outside in the great British weather can be a challenge in itself especially as you never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at you. Despite the various challenges we encounter our standard of work never falters and we always aim to deliver to the highest of standards.

 

After years in employment I made the decision to become self-employed and start my own landscaping company (Garden Knights LTD). The business has thrived over the last 9 years and within those years I gained skills in landscaping, this involved decking, fencing and turfing to name a few. I decided to further my skills and undertook courses within the arboriculture. I gained a lot of experience by undertaking jobs involving chipping, driving material handlers and of course stump grinding.

 

I’ve been stump grinding since 2017, over these 7 years I’ve gained vast experience in the field and now have a range of specialized equipment ready to deal with the smallest of stumps to the mightiest ones as well. More importantly is the need for safety, I have full knowledge of the safety needs required for each job and will always make sure the area I’m working in is safe before and after stump removal. I am fully insured with sufficient public liability insurance and I also have a waste carriers license.

Luckily I love being outside, whether it be wind, rain, shine or even snow I will be there!

I hold NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 certificates, and land based certificates for safe operation of a wood chipper and a stump grinder.
